On the 29th of May, we launched our tokyobike New York Summer Shop with a bang, cold Hitachinos and warm Onigiri. Thanks to all who helped make this launch happen, to those that attended (from 4 continents!), and especially our dear friend Mika from the amazing Rice and Miso Everyday.
